Presidentials Reading Room
To get this four-season porch in Maynard’s Presidentials neighborhood ready for spring, construction has continued steadily through the winter. The structural frame is now complete, and the perimeter walls will be infilled next. This is a major milestone within such a carefully protected area.  This ADU is especially exciting in light of the Commonwealth's new ADU law which is a game changer for homeowners.
