Littleton Lower Level in-law (ADU)

In this basement conversion into an ADU, you can see that the majority of the interior framing has been completed and the rough electrical wiring has just begun.

This project does not include an addition. We've worked hard to make efficient use of under-utilized existing spaces. A vanity will tuck under an existing stair here. Wall-mounted faucets leave the countertop available for toiletries and niceties.

A tidy and efficient new waste stack saves space and brings the configuration into compliance.

The carriage frame is in-place for the wall hung toilet. Since the tank occupies the otherwise empty stud cavity, the toilet bowl will mount directly to the wall. More floor space is opened-up. Since the toilet does not touch the floor, cleaning bother will be much simpler.
