School Street ADU Barn, Acton MA

Our School Street Barn ADU is officially moving from vision to reality. After navigating both the Historic District Commission and Conservation Commission processes, we're thrilled to share that the project has received full approval. This is a major milestone within such a carefully protected area. 

 

This ADU is especially exciting in light of the Commonwealth's new ADU law which is a game changer for homeowners. With fewer barriers and expanded opportunities for multi-generational living, rental income, and property growth value, projects like these are more attainable than ever.

 

With approvals secured, construction of the barn is now underway. We can't wait to share more progress as this ADU continues to take shape!
