Josh Daigle

Project Designer/Manager

With over 8 years of architectural design and project management experience, and a passion for art and history, Josh brings to the team a versatile design philosophy that emphasizes form, integrity, and community, and the contextual relationships among these three.

As an M.Arch. graduate of Norwich University in Vermont, he participated in Norwich’s nationally recognized design-build program that culminated in the construction of the CASA 802, an AIA Vermont people’s choice award-winning micro-home, aimed at addressing the Vermont housing crisis with an emphasis on affordability and sustainability. Blending his love for design and history, his thesis focused on monumentality and the cultural and physical relationship between humans, our planet, and beyond that has been cultivated over the course of our collective existence; exploring form, scale, and contextual relationships through the lens of the microcosmic-macrocosmic analogy.

As a professional, he has worked in construction and landscape and served on the board for Marlborough’s Community Development Authority as a state-appointed board member. His experience has seeded a deep reverence for what makes New England a diverse and rich architectural landscape and how we as individuals can be active in our communities to foster personal and communal belonging.

At home, you will find him spending time with his menagerie of animals, making and playing music, or gardening with his partner.
