Many Massachusetts towns now permit Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on parcels zoned for single-family homes. In their April 2020 Annual Town Meeting, the voters of Concord will consider revising their Zoning Bylaw to enable ADUs.

The studio above this backyard garage could readily be converted to a one-bedroom or studio apartment of approx 720sf.
